What makes this course special?

Unlike antenatal classes that focus heavily on information around childbirth-which, let's be honest is just the beginning - this course gives you all the information you need for after birth. And trust me, knowing what to expect AFTER the baby arrives is crucial for you to know and can (and it does!) make ALL THE DIFFERENCE for you and your baby.

Meet Ivana!

I am Ivana Poku, a mum of three boys (including twins), founder of Mumsjourney, an award-winning maternal mental health advocate, and author of Motherhood - The Unspoken. When I was pregnant with our twin boys, I thought I knew what to expect. I attended a lot of classes, read tons of books, asked questions... However, when the boys arrived, I felt like I knew nothing. I quickly understood how poorly my expectations and knowledge about life as a new mum were. Every day, I would experience something new that would leave me wondering: 'Why had no one told me about this?' This is the main reason I created this course. To ease your worries, and help you enjoy motherhood like you want & deserve while being the best mum for your little one(s).

FAQ

  • How is this course different from regular antenatal and prenatal classes?

The antenatal classes provide a lot of valuable information on birth and how to look after a newborn. However, as even admitted by the NHS midwives themselves, most of them don't offer information about life AFTER the baby arrives, about the emotional changes that come with motherhood, or postnatal mental health. These are, however, crucial information for every new mum to know as they can make all the difference in the way new mums experience motherhood and even prevent them from/lower the risks of postnatal depression.

  • How do I know if this course is for me?

If you are new mum, the course IS for you!

  • What if I am not happy with the course? Do I get a refund?

I am sure you will LOVE the course and find it valuable, but if for some reason, you feel it didn't meet your expectations, you have 7 days from the day of purchase to request a refund.

  • Do you have any incentives if I refer a friend?

Yes! You will receive 40% of the course price if you refer a friend. Email me at [email protected] for an affiliate link.
