UNLOCK THE SECRETS TO BEING THE BEST MUM FOR YOUR LITTLE ONE!
What You Really Need To Know About New Motherhood That No One Is Telling You
First and foremost - congratulations on your baby!
Becoming a mum is the most amazing and the most challenging journey in a woman's life.
Especially if you are expecting your first baby, you are standing in front of the gate to a brand new world and a big UNKNOWN...
There are SO MANY questions going around in your head. You feel excited but also scared and worried. You have all sorts of thoughts and feelings that you didn't expect to have - and you wonder if it's normal to have them.
You wonder if you are ready for your baby's arrival... And if you’ll be a good mum to them.
You have advice coming to you from each direction and you often don't know who to listen to.
It's not easy at all.
And it's the main reason we created this course for you!
To put your mind at ease and answer all your innermost questions (even those you are too scared to ask), show you how to handle this chaotic and scary time, and be the best mum you can be!
Sadly, most antenatal classes focus heavily on information around childbirth, which is surely important (and we touch on that in the course too), but they offer only minimal or zero information about life AFTER the baby.
Yet, knowing what to expect AFTER the baby arrives (especially from the emotional perspective) is crucial for every new mum to know and can (and it does!) make ALL THE DIFFERENCE in the way you experience motherhood.
Introducing…
Get Prepared For Motherhood Like No One Else
Who am I and why I created this course?
I am Ivana Poku, a mum of three boys (including twins), an award-winning mentor, motivational speaker, and author of Motherhood - The Unspoken.
When I was pregnant with our twin boys, I thought I knew what to expect. I attended a lot of classes, read tons of books, asked questions...
However, when the boys arrived, I felt like I knew nothing.
I quickly understood how poorly my expectations and knowledge about life as a new mum were.
Every day, I would experience something new that would leave me wondering: 'Why had no one told me about this?'
This is the main reason I created this course. To ease your fear of birth, help you set more realistic expectations, and show you how to cope with common challenges - so that you can enjoy motherhood like you want & deserve while being the best mum for your little one(s).
You could see my work featured in various publications including Forbes, BBC, Vogue, Telegraph, Guardian, GN News, and Huffington Post, to name but a few.

What you said about the course...
The antenatal classes provide a lot of valuable information on birth and how to look after a newborn. However, as even admitted by the NHS midwives themselves, most of them don't offer information about life AFTER the baby arrives, about the emotional changes that come with motherhood, or postnatal mental health. These are, however, crucial information for every new mum to know as they can make all the difference in the way new mums experience motherhood and even prevent them from/lower the risks of postnatal depression.
If you are an expecting first-time mum or a new mum, the course IS for you!
Because it contains information that the majority of mums didn't have the opportunity to discover prior to birth.
I am sure you will LOVE the course and find it valuable, but if for some reason, you feel it didn't meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the day of purchase to request a refund. The only condition I have is that you finish the whole course before asking for a refund. I think it's fair this way. ;)
Nothing can really prepare you for motherhood....
... But having a course like this that has been expertly put together by two professionals will save your life, save your sanity, and give you the knowledge and confidence you need to be the best mum you can be!
