The Happy Motherhood Journey
Give your baby - and yourself - the most beautiful beginning
When I was pregnant with my twins, I attended a popular local prenatal class.
While it offered a lot of useful information around birth, I felt disappointed that no one was answering the questions about life AFTER baby, that kept me up at night. (but was too scared to ask out loud)
Questions like:
Truth is, most antenatal classes focus heavily on birth and the practicalities of looking after a newborn, but they don’t prepare YOU. They don't tell you what to expect during the first months and years with the baby and how to cope with common challenges.
That’s why I created the "Happy Motherhood Journey".
The only online course that gives you what antenatal classes leave out and answers your innermost questions about life AFTER.
It’s not yet another checklist or theory from a health care professional.
It’s created by a fellow mum of three and postnatal depression survivor who’s been there.
Yes, becoming a mum is amazing on many levels, but there is a LOT more into it that is not spoken about and that can help you SO MUCH on your journey. More than you can possibly imagine.
I created this course to fill this gap in prenatal education, and give you real answers to the stuff you're secretly Googling at 2am. To guide you through the hardest parts, and help you feel strong, steady, and confident. So you don’t have to wonder what is normal and what isn't... So that you don't have to worry and question everything you do (or don't do)... So that you KNOW that you're not alone.
You’ve got this. And I’ve got you.

I am Ivana Poku, the author of Motherhood – The Unspoken, award‑winning maternal mental health advocate, wife, and an mum to three wonderful boys (including twins).
After surviving severe postnatal depression, I set up @Mumsjourney and made it my mission to support other mums and make them feel less alone.
In 2019, I was shortlisted in the Best Business Women Awards.
The same year. I published the first edition of my book Motherhood – The Unspoken which shares real-life stories from 10 different first-time mums, gives plenty of support and reassurance to new mums, and, in the process, helps lower the risks of PND.
Around the time the book was released, I also started running online and offline workshops and classes for new mums – many of them in cooperation with the NHS midwives.
In 2020, I won a Bronze Shining Star Business Award.
I could not be prouder of how far my brand Mumsjourney has come. You could see my work featured in various media outlets, including Forbes, The Guardian, or Telegrpah.
I also occasionally appear on BBC London Radio as an expert. Before she moved to GB News, I was also a regular guest on Nana Akua’s parenting show on BBC 3CR.
Over the last nine years, I’ve helped and supported hundreds of mums through my blog, book, workshops, and media work - and now I’m here to support YOU too.
The antenatal classes provide a lot of valuable information on birth and how to look after a newborn. However, as even admitted by the NHS midwives themselves, most of them don't offer information about life AFTER the baby arrives, about the emotional changes that come with motherhood, or postnatal mental health. These are, however, crucial information for every new mum to know as they can make all the difference in the way new mums experience motherhood and even prevent them from/lower the risks of postnatal depression.
If you are new mum, the course IS for you!
I am sure you will LOVE the course and find it valuable, but if for some reason, you feel it didn't meet your expectations, you have 7 days from the day of purchase to request a refund.
